The Manchester Advocacy Hub (known as Gaddum Advocacy) was established in April 2015 and brings together all statutory advocacy provision in Manchester. The Hub is delivered by Gaddum which aims to strengthen the voice of Manchester citizens through the promotion, delivery and understanding of advocacy.
The Hub provides a free, independent and confidential service.
What is Advocacy?
Advocacy is taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain services they need. Advocates work in partnership with the people they support and take their side. Advocacy promotes social inclusion, equality and social justice.
